Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Lisa Angelina has lived in Asheville with her husband and two daughters since 2004. Her family enjoys spending time together exploring Biltmore Estate, hiking and seeing shows at Diana Wortham Theatre. WNC Hearing and Audiology is a proud sponsor of the Diana Wortham Theatre hearing loop, which allows direct sound from the theatre’s stage to a person’s hearing aids.
Dr. Angelina graduated from San Diego State University in 1994 with her Master’s of Arts degree. She later obtained her Doctorate in Audiology from AT Still University. She has spent much of her career in audiology private practices and ENT offices doing diagnostic evaluations and hearing aid fittings. She has also gained insight from working with the VA Medical Center and with Buncombe County Schools.
Dr. Angelina really enjoys working with adults and has an easy way of helping people become comfortable and even excited about treating their hearing loss.
