Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Katherine Myers is originally from Georgia where she graduated from Mercer University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Dr. Myers earned her Doctor of Audiology Degree (Au.D.) in 2022 from Nova Southeastern University. She holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from the American Speech Language and Hearing Association (ASHA). Asheville has always been a place that she loved to visit and now it is home! Her last year of clinical training brought her back to Asheville, where she completed her clinical externship at Asheville Ear, Nose, and Throat.
Dr. Myers has a special interest in helping adults with hearing loss and dizziness/balance disorders. Her goal with patients is to educate, support, and recommend a personalized treatment plan for each patient and their loved ones. She is passionate about observing the quality of life, communication challenges, and confidence improvement in her patients.
In her spare time, Dr. Myers enjoys spending time with her husband and family, exploring the beautiful scenery of Western North Carolina, and curling up with a good book!
